For this group project, my team and I conducted a comprehensive brand audit of Lululemon. We divided the audit into sections and assigned tasks based on our strengths, ensuring each team member had a role in the project.
During our group meetings, we shared ideas and reported our independent research findings. Each member contributed to creating the slideshow, focusing on their assigned sections of the audit.
Through our research, we identified Lululemon's strengths and weaknesses, which informed our concept statement. Our collaborative effort resulted in a detailed brand audit that provided valuable insights into Lululemon's brand positioning and potential areas for improvement.
