Cannabis Business Plan

For this independent project, I developed a comprehensive business plan for a physical therapy center specializing in CBD and THC products. My role involved researching the market, identifying potential customers, determining the range of products and services to offer, and outlining the operational and financial aspects of the business.

While the project was completed independently and didn't involve actual implementation, the business plan laid out a detailed roadmap for how such a physical therapy center could operate successfully. It included strategies for marketing, managing legal and regulatory requirements, and ensuring the quality and safety of the products and services offered.
